Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, DC. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing your order

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from the time your package spends in transit.

Shipping service & cost

Orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Review the total before placing your order.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Transit times vary by destination, and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can also affect arrival.

Following your delivery

Check your shipping confirmation email for tracking information once your order ships. The tracking link may take 24–48 hours to show the carrier’s first scan.

Use the order status link in your confirmation email to follow your order, or email ventaraclothingco@gmail.com with your name and order number for help.

Changes & cancellations

Need to correct an address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible with your name and order number. You may request cancellation before shipment, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

If we can cancel before shipment, we’ll refund the canceled order, including shipping, to the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, our return policy applies.

A package taking the long way?

If your shipment appears lost, is unusually delayed, or is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check the carrier’s tracking details and contact us. We’ll help investigate and work with you on the next steps.
